I believe that volunteering one's resources, such as time, skills, and experiences, is a valuable and rewarding activity. Not only does it provide a personal challenge, but it can also enhance one's career experience. For example, I have enjoyed volunteering my programming and computer science skills by teaching and mentoring individuals one-on-one.

Recently, I decided to expand my impact by joining organizations, such as the German team of ReDi School of Digital Integration. Working with a diverse group of students from various countries was an enriching experience for me. It was especially enjoyable to discuss technical concepts, such as Components in React, and learn about how these ideas are understood and applied in different cultures. The language of communication was English. I had managed sessions with over 400 people in the past ( very chaotic ) so working with less than 20 here was good for man management.

Overall, volunteering has been a fun and meaningful experience for me.
